Set up your face profile

You do this once. Afterwards the app checks it's you each time you clock in or out.

How your information is used

Your employer uses this app to record attendance.
Your reference photo is turned into a face template (a list of 128 numbers). The comparison runs on your phone.
Each clock-in stores a photo, your GPS position and the time in the company's Microsoft 365. Only authorised managers can see them.
Location is read only when you clock in or out, never in the background.
Biometric data is special personal information under POPIA. You can ask for your face profile to be deleted when you leave, or if you withdraw consent and use another clock-in method.
